Cricada Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities as a Member

By registering an account on Cricada, making a deposit, placing a bet or spinning a slot, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and Cricada.

These terms are written in plain English and are intended to be clear for Pakistani users. If any clause is unclear, please contact our support team before proceeding. Cricada may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the Cricada platform, including but not limited to: cricket betting odds, PSL and international fixtures, jackpot slots, regular slots, virtual sports, esports betting, live casino, promotions, bonuses and any future features added to the platform.

To use Cricada, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Cricada does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Each person may hold only one Cricada account. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names, phone numbers or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering, including your real name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• Your Cricada account is strictly personal and may not be transferred to or used by any other person.
• You confirm that you are not registering on behalf of any third party and that all funds deposited belong to you personally.
• Cricada reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

By registering, you also confirm that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that using Cricada complies with the laws applicable to you in your location.

You are fully responsible for keeping your Cricada account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. Cricada will never ask you to share your password through any channel.

• You must immediately notify Cricada's support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Cricada cannot be held liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials with another person, or from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
• You must not allow anyone else to access your Cricada account. Account sharing is prohibited.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to access or interact with the Cricada platform is strictly forbidden.

All financial transactions on Cricada are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The following rules apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification level.
• Deposits are credited to your Cricada balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours in most cases, and typically within the same business day for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your own name. You cannot withdraw funds to an account or wallet belonging to another person.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, Cricada may require you to complete identity verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method.
• Cricada does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges — Cricada is not responsible for third-party fees.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Please refer to the specific terms of each promotion.
• Cricada reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal if it is discovered that the associated betting activity violated these Terms and Conditions.

The following rules govern sports betting on Cricada, including cricket, football, tennis and all other sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. Cricada does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled before reaching the minimum completion threshold specified for that sport, bets on that event will be voided and your stake returned.
• In cricket, if a match is interrupted by rain or any other cause and does not reach the minimum number of overs required under Cricada's rules, affected markets may be voided. DLS-adjusted results will be honoured where applicable.
• Obvious errors in odds — including pricing that is materially different from true market value due to a technical error — do not constitute a valid bet. Cricada reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• In-play bets are settled on the outcome at the time the market is resolved. Any dispute about in-play bet settlement must be raised with support within 72 hours of settlement.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If any selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and to accumulators. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

All casino games, slot games, jackpot slots and virtual sports titles available on Cricada are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose software has been independently audited for fairness. The following rules apply:

• All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by any party including Cricada.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run average for each game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on Cricada are updated in real time. A jackpot won on Cricada will be paid in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of winning if the jackpot is denominated in another currency.
• Technical malfunctions during any game session void all associated bets and stakes are returned. This includes disconnections caused by the Cricada platform. Cricada is not responsible for connection issues on the member's end.
• Virtual sports results are generated by an algorithm and have no connection to real-world events or outcomes.

Cricada offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, odds boost offers and a VIP loyalty programme. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to first-time depositing members. Each eligible member may claim a welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are applied separately from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Cricada reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Active wagering requirements on existing bonuses will remain at the terms in place when the bonus was activated.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or coordinating bets with other members to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account suspended.
• Odds boost promotions are limited to eligible markets as specified in each offer. Enhanced odds apply to the first qualifying bet placed after the offer is activated.
• Cricada reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time if it determines in good faith that the offer was claimed fraudulently or in bad faith.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cricada platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Opening more than one account, including accounts in another person's name.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit errors, system glitches or pricing mistakes to place bets that are not in good faith.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate outcomes, including in poker or any other competitive game format.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Match-fixing, insider trading or any form of involvement in the manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using Cricada for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise reproduce any part of the Cricada platform.

Cricada takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Betting and casino games are intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal harm, please make use of the tools Cricada provides:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered, and a 7-day cooling-off period applies before limits can be raised.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your Cricada account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.
• Reality Checks: Enable session time notifications to remind you how long you have been active on the platform.

All content on the Cricada platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, odds data, live score feeds, game titles, promotional materials and website design — is the intellectual property of Cricada or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Cricada platform for personal betting and entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Cricada content without prior written consent. Cricada's name, logo and branding may not be used in any context that implies a partnership or endorsement without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cricada's liability to any member is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time of the claim. Cricada is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a member's own decisions, including bets placed in error or during a period of impaired judgement.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure or third-party service disruptions beyond Cricada's control.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any nature.
• Inaccuracies in live score data, statistical information or match previews displayed on the Cricada platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash or banking institutions.

Cricada makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Cricada's platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will be free from errors or that any defects will be corrected immediately.

Cricada reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Cricada will notify registered members by email or by a notice displayed on the platform. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Cricada platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Cricada is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising from the use of the Cricada platform should first be directed to our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve it fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with Cricada's support team within 30 days, the member may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. Cricada will cooperate fully with any such process. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Bet settlement disputes must be raised with Cricada's support team within 72 hours of the relevant event being settled. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted for review.
